Job Summary

Channel Business Development Manager for HP Print North America is responsible for driving revenue, margin, and market share growth across HP’s Commercial and Transactional Print portfolio through indirect channel partners. Serves as a strategic bridge between Sales, Channel Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure HP Print strategy, programs, and priorities are executed in NA. Owns and drives Print business performance across assigned NA channel partners, develops and executes joint business plans (JBP/JBP-lite), acts as a print subject matter expert to support channel sales with deal strategy and competitive positioning; partners cross-functionally to identify demand gaps and remove obstacles; leads execution of HP Print programs, promotions, Smart Buy, MDF, and incentives; uses data to forecast performance and communicates results and risks to leadership; presents HP Print strategy and portfolio evolution to partner executives, sales teams, and customers (virtual and in-person); influences product mix and lifecycle with channel feedback on pricing and promotions; represents HP Print in partner events, trainings, QBRs, and executive briefings.
