Job Summary
Develop market research and analysis for assigned Crane CP&E brands, markets, and territories; apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate partner research, summarize market signals, and identify growth opportunities. Analyze key performance indicators such as orders, sales, backlog, pricing, share gain, attrition, and profitability, and distill them into actionable insights for leadership. Provide Salesforce Sales Cloud administration support across regions, including user support, reports, dashboards, data quality, and process documentation. Support regional sales processes and adoption, align reporting standards, and assist in developing channel-to-market strategies. Communicate insights through charts and tables for senior leadership, and assist in market trends and competitive analysis. Develop data analytics to support discussions with customers, sales, marketing, cross-functional teams, and vendors. Coordinate with regional teams to translate sales-process requirements into practical reporting, data, and workflow actions. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. #LI-VD1 #CPE
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with expertise in Data Analytics
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud concepts, CRM data structures, sales reporting, dashboards, data quality, and AI-enabled research or productivity tools AI
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, R, Python; Microsoft Excel etc.
- Strong writing and oral skills in English for reports and presentations
