Job Summary
Develop and maintain the commercial channel strategy for SME Sales, translating distribution goals into concrete initiatives, partnerships, and acquisition models. Research emerging opportunities and validate how existing and new routes reach KPN business customers effectively. Define criteria for channel segmentation and specialisation while ensuring compliance with consent, opt-in, and evolving telemarketing regulations. Convert identified opportunities into business cases, guide pilots, and drive successful scaling within the sales organization. Monitor performance of new initiatives and advise on the evolution of commercial routes and collaborations. Operate within the SME Sales management team, collaborating with senior leadership, marketing, and external partners to drive sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Ruime ervaring in strategische en commerciële functies (10+ jaar)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen en beheren van kanaalstrategieën
- Ervaring met toezicht, compliance en wet‐en regelgeving op het gebied van telemarketing, online acquisitie en D2D
- Sterk analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen
- Ervaring in complexe stakeholdervelden en onderhandelingen
- Senioriteit, overtuigingskracht en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Affiniteit met het bereiken van ondernemers, commerciële ecosystemen en nieuwe vormen van klantacquisitie
- Begrip van thema's als consent, opt-in en veranderende regelgeving rondom commerciële bereikbaarheid
