Job Summary
Channel Account Manager responsible for driving regional revenue and managing enterprise relationships in a hybrid role. You will grow end-user and channel partner relationships, qualify and nurture opportunities in the sales pipeline using Salesforce, coordinate with inside sales, marketing, and global systems integrators to close deals, ensure customer success through onboarding and ongoing support, and provide market insights to product and strategy teams. Travel is required (estimated 50%), with responsibilities including building long-term partnerships with Fortune/Global 2000 clients, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and leveraging CRM tools to manage accounts and opportunities. Knowledge of Wi-Fi networking, experience with major vendors, and a proven consultative selling mindset are highly valued.
