Job Summary
Channel-focused growth role driving partner ecosystem in Taiwan. Build, recruit, and incubate Registered and Certified System Integrators, expand AVEVA coverage across manufacturing industries, and ensure disciplined execution of joint opportunities. Lead and co-sell with SI partners to engage end users, drive qualified pipeline, and manage deal progression. Position AVEVA solutions (e.g., AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, AVEVA Historian / PI System) to customer needs, support early-stage spec-in, and expand partner and account coverage into new industrial applications and sectors. Strong emphasis on partnering with SI partners to jointly develop key end-user accounts, drive account expansion, and lead competitive positioning in a manufacturing-focused market.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years experience in Industrial automation / SCADA / OT sales and Channel sales or SI ecosystem development
- Proven experience working with or managing system integrators (SI) by engaging end users directly and driving or supporting project-based sales cycles
- Strong understanding of SCADA / industrial automation environments (conceptual level sufficient)
- Experience in enterprise sales methodologies such as Pipeline management and deal progression, Competitive positioning and ability to drive partners with structure and discipline
- Language fluency in English and Mandarin
