Job Summary
Channel Account Manager focused on growing revenue through channel partners (distributors, resellers, and system integrators) in Singapore. Manage engagement with partners (standard and MSP) across all elements with support from senior colleagues, define and execute business plans including QBRs, develop long-term relationships with senior channel account management, collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to maximize pull-through content, promote value-added security solutions to existing customers, and drive monthly/annual revenue targets. Responsibilities include profiling major accounts, forecasting, partner enablement, and leveraging CRM tools to maintain partner activities, pipeline, and performance. Hybrid work culture with remote and on-site flexibility in Singapore.
