Job Summary
Channel Account Manager responsible for building trusted, long-term relationships with MSP partners, driving their growth through strategic planning, commercial insight, and marketplace adoption. Own a portfolio of partners, identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and collaborate with vendor/enablement teams to unlock partner value while promoting Pax8’s cloud solutions across security, infrastructure, and productivity. Requires strong communication skills, ability to influence across audiences, and a proven track record in growing commercial partnerships in cloud/SaaS IT services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience managing and growing commercial client or partner relationships
- Substantial knowledge of cloud solutions, SaaS, or the IT services ecosystem
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and close growth opportunities
- Confident communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for partner success
