Job Summary
Channel Account Manager responsible for Owl Labs' strategic channel partners, building trusted relationships with partner leaders and sellers to increase engagement, productivity, and partner-led revenue; develops joint quarterly business plans, coordinates partner enablement, and drives cross-functional collaboration to remove friction and accelerate opportunity closure. Requires strong communication, strategic thinking, ability to translate data into action, and willingness to travel 20-30% for in-person enablement and partner activities. Location: US-based remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner account management, or indirect sales
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth through reseller, VAR, or integrator partners
- Ability to manage senior partner stakeholders and influence executive decision-makers
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution discipline
- Comfort with CRM systems and modern tools (including AI) to manage pipeline and planning
