Job Summary
Channel Account Manager for Midwest region responsible for growing revenue through VAR/ISP partnerships, on-site visits, training, and program management. Manages partner development, training, and performance to achieve regional channel goals; recruits new reseller partners, drives up-selling and cross-selling, and maintains product knowledge and sales processes to support region growth; leverages Premier Partner Program and tools to coordinate sales strategies and partner engagement across the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of Label sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years successful sales experience using consultative selling and closing skills in technology environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills coupled with solid technical abilities.
- A demonstrated ability to close a sale that may consist of a long selling cycle.
- Must be technically savvy having a basic knowledge of PC level local and network hardware and host system understanding and communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Outlook software.
- A strong working knowledge of AIDC solutions and their associated selling techniques.
- General understanding of RFID technology and applications.
