Job Summary
Channel Account Manager (East) owns and expands relationships with East channel partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, distributors), drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, runs joint GTM initiatives, and builds enablement programs to position Censys solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of partners, conducting business reviews with pipeline metrics, and delivering data-driven insights to sales leadership. Requires 5+ years in channel sales/alliances, cybersecurity domain familiarity, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the territory.OTE in the $240k–$280k range, plus equity; remote roles possible with location-based pay consideration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or alliances with a proven track record of driving revenue through indirect motions
- Cybersecurity industry experience required; familiarity with SOC operations, threat detection, or AI-driven security is a plus
- Deep understanding of East market dynamics and key players
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a large partner portfolio in a fast-moving startup environment
- Willingness to travel within territory as needed
