Changeover Laborer

Job Summary
Changeover Laborer responsible for assisting with converting the arena between different event configurations (e.g., basketball to concerts/theatre/meetings), setting up and breaking down stages, seating, ramps, and related equipment. Performs light cleaning and housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and snow removal as needed. Follows safety procedures and reports safety or damage concerns to management. Hours are flexible part-time based on events, staffing needs, and availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Operational knowledge of tools and equipment
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Desire to work hard to produce consistent, quality results
- Must have ability to take/follow directions and remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
- Strong attention to detail and follow through with a “can do” attitude
- Physical demands include moving around the facility, standing for long hours, ability to move and lift 30–50 lbs, work inside or outside as needed by events
- Must be able to hear and speak to use a two-way radio
