Job Summary
Change Request Underwriter负责处理客户发起的更改请求,确保贷款信息变更的准确性和及时性。作为内部各部门与客户之间的主要联络人,需在确保请求完整性的同时,按SLAs完成处理,生成相关披露或重新披露材料,并将变更、披露与决策更新至系统记录。需与 Account Executives、Brokers、Disclosure Specialists、Underwriters 及管理层协作,保持对 HomeXpress 贷款产品及承销准则的深入理解,持续确保日常产出与质量达到标准。
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of mortgage operations experience, preferably in underwriting or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage underwriting and TRID requirements
- Proficiency in LOS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
