Job Summary
Assess and validate the scope and impact of required changes, then develop and implement an integrated Change Management strategy and plan. Identify and manage ERP project stakeholders while building relationships to drive organizational adoption of the new IFS ERP system. Support and coach Project Sponsors and Change Champions throughout the deployment, with the role shifting to support other projects post-implementation. This domestic and international role requires up to 30% travel and is based in the Greater Seattle area for a rapidly growing client backed by a large multinational corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, English or another related field
- 10+ years of experience in both operational and consulting roles supporting system and business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverables
- Experience managing change related to ERP system or other large enterprise system deployments
- Proven ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable work products
- Travel (domestic and international) up to 30% as needed
