Job Summary
The Change Manager Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing the change control process on a major Progressive Design-Build transit infrastructure project. The role includes ensuring that scope changes, design refinements, and commercial impacts are identified and communicated effectively, maintaining cost and schedule integrity. Key responsibilities involve logging and tracking changes, providing guidance on change management best practices, performing Change Impact Assessments, coordinating with teams for cost and schedule validation, and preparing documentation for client submission. Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering and have 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
