Job Summary
Lead planning, development, and execution of change initiatives to support program outcomes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies; foster a culture of change management across delivery teams; develop and deliver comprehensive Change Management Strategies and plans; create and implement effective communications to support change initiatives; assess readiness and identify gaps to enable adoption; work within a 12-month maximum term with potential extension and offer flexible, hybrid/temporary remote work arrangements in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and implementing change within diverse organisations
- Experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Expertise in developing and delivering multi-channel communications tailored to different audience needs
- Ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments and drive initiatives amid ambiguity
