Job Summary
Develop comprehensive change management strategies, conduct stakeholder assessments, and define adoption objectives to minimize resistance and maximize business outcomes. Create readiness frameworks, facilitate workshops, and manage communication plans throughout project lifecycles. Build relationships with executive sponsors, coordinate training delivery, and integrate change activities into project plans. Mentor teams on best practices while monitoring adoption risks and supporting go-live stabilization. Requires 7+ years of experience in Change Management, ERP implementations, and leading organizational transformation initiatives. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise technology implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Experience working with executive leadership teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Consulting experience
- Experience with ERP, Supply Chain, WMS, TMS, or Planning solutions
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Experience working within project or program management environments
