Job Summary
Lead change management for the o9 project in the MEU region, collaborating with BU leaders to localize and execute change plans aligned with global/ regional S4/o9 objectives. Drive stakeholder engagement, awareness, and adoption; assess impacts across functions and define mitigation through trainings and communications. Manage end-to-end change across system, process, and mindset changes with clear KPIs, build change capability through coaching, own end-user training and the upskilling journey of Key Users and Champions, organize trainings, and ensure a consistent, role-based change message across streams. Maintain cross-functional coordination, define stakeholder landscapes, onboard Change Champions and Key Users, and deliver impactful presentations while navigating occasional travel. 18-month secondment/fixed-term opportunity with potential for growth within Mondelēz International.
Required Qualifications
- Education / Certifications: Relevant functional qualification and / or experience. Change Management Accreditation a significant advantage.
- Job specific requirements: Transformation and/or Change Management Experience; Proven track record in working cross functionally across the business / in projects; Strong network within the company and understanding of MEU and BU WoW; Travel requirements: Infrequent / ~10%
- Experience managing change initiatives; specifically, experience of complex MEU / Global projects with cross functional collaboration.
- Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels in the organization.
- Knowledge, experience and exposure to best practices in change management principles and experience of managing and participating in large-scale business change initiatives.
- Training/instructional experience via managing delivery of training programs.
- A passion for change, can drive big-picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (e.g., a hands-on approach and a willingness to work both strategically and tactically).
- Experience in WOW and politics in the BU and an understanding of IBP
