Job Summary
Experienced Change Manager leading end-to-end organisational change activities for a Scams Prevention Program within a Security & Risk environment. Develops change strategies, business readiness plans, stakeholder impact assessments, and adoption/communication/training approaches. Facilitates workshops and leadership alignment, collaborates with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs and business stakeholders, drives stakeholder engagement across business, technology and operations, and tracks adoption outcomes with reporting to program leadership. 6–10 years’ overall experience with 3+ years enabling organisational change across customer and employee channels; strong capability in change strategy, impact assessment, business readiness, communications and training. Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) is highly desirable; industry experience in telecommunications or regulated environments is valued. Location: Sydney, Australia. Hybrid work model with 3 days in office (Tue–Thu).
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years’ overall experience
- 3+ years’ experience enabling organisational change across customer and employee channels
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change strategy, impact assessment and delivery for complex initiatives
- Experience working across both business and technology delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong capability across business readiness, communications and training activities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
- Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable
