Job Summary
Design and deliver strategic change initiatives ensuring seamless adoption across stakeholders and embedding sustainable ways of working. Establish and maintain a robust change management capability aligned to project delivery by developing tailored artefacts, partnering with stakeholders to assess impacts, and creating communication and training programs. Track, measure, and report on change outcomes and benefit realisation while providing regular updates to the Portfolio Manager and supporting prioritisation of the change pipeline. Represent MUFG Retirement solutions business in client, external, and industry forums with professionalism and credibility. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness, and high performance. This 6-month fixed term contract (casual day rate available) is based in Melbourne CBD or Parramatta.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments
- Successful completion of background screening, including police and employment history check

- Previous experience gained across Digital technology delivery projects as change professional
- Strong background in delivering benefit realisation strategies
- Skilled in applying change delivery approaches across agile and waterfall projects
- Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Commercially minded, risk aware, and outcomes focused
- High motivation, initiative, and a proactive approach to driving results
- Knowledge of company's core services or the financial services sector
- Ability to work across MUFG organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
