Job Summary
Change Manager L2 contract role at Wipro focusing on governance of Change processes: recording and approving changes, categorization by standard/normal/expedited/emergency, convening CAB meetings, ensuring authorized changes, conducting audits, reporting KPIs, 4-eye change reviews, risk assessment, high-impact/change handling per process, and post-Implementation reviews to validate success criteria; requires 8-10 years ITSM experience and ITIL V3/2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification, strong stakeholder and vendor coordination, and effective communication. Based in Mumbai with ITSM/Change Management responsibilities across service management.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes
- ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
- Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors
- Effective Communication skills
- Mandatory Skills: ITIL Incident Mgmt
