Job Summary
Lead the implementation and governance of IT change management processes, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests from intake through post-change review. Apply a risk-based framework to categorize changes, define approvals, and mitigate service disruption while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Facilitate change advisory discussions, coordinate execution with vendors and regional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in change performance. Monitor KPIs, identify process gaps, and conduct training to ensure global alignment across time zones. This role supports operational readiness for major initiatives, cloud governance, and infrastructure transformation within Vantage's global IT organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, network, cloud, service delivery, service desk, or data center technology environments
- at least 2 years in a change management, ITSM, governance, or operational controls role
- Strong understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks, including change enablement, incident management, problem management, configuration management, service request management, and continual improvement
- Experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM/change management platform to manage change workflows, approvals, documentation, reporting, and governance
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, end-user computing, endpoint management, and high-availability technology environments
- Ability to assess change risk, identify dependencies, challenge incomplete implementation plans, and drive clear mitigation, validation, and rollback planning
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to operational teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through, accurate documentation practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Collaborative and service-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
- Position can be based in Denver, CO with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible) or be based remotely
- Travel travel is required and is expected to be 10% and may increase over time
