Job Summary
Senior Change Manager in AstraZeneca's GBS Transformation Office leading the people side of large-scale transformation. Based in Lisbon, designs and leads change management strategy across transformation portfolio, engages process owners, operational teams, and leaders, drives adoption of AI-enabled processes, builds readiness plans, delivers training and upskilling to enable collaboration with agents and automations, defines adoption metrics, and aims to remove 50% of manual work by 2030. Emphasizes turning technical delivery into durable behavioural and organisational change, embedding capabilities into business-as-usual, and communicating compelling narratives to senior leaders across Technology, Data & AI, HR, and GBS Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading change management across large-scale organisational, digital, or operational transformation
- Demonstrated expertise in a recognised change methodology such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new technology and ways of working across multiple teams and geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, including at senior levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
