Change Manager

Job Summary
The Change Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of technology changes across configuration tools (Jira, ServiceNow), including CCB/ARB governance, risk assessments, and release coordination, with dashboards and governance documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement; responsibilities include configuring Jira workflows, administering change requests, communicating processes, and training teams on governance expectations; requires 3+ years in change management, Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow expertise, and strong communication and documentation skills; remote work is available with occasional in-person in the DC Metro Area, US.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in change management or release/change governance
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Proven ability to set up consistent Jira boards, Confluence spaces, and governance dashboards that roll up to leadership reporting
- Strong understanding of workflow design and enterprise governance practices
- Jira administration experience strongly preferred
