Change Manager

Change Manager responsible for leading end-to-end change management for technology and broader transformation initiatives at the City of Stirling. Develop and execute change practices aligned with the City’s Change Management Framework, partnering with Project Teams and stakeholders to deliver ERP learning and training, Change Impact Assessments, and communications. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills; experience in ERP implementations and working within a Project Management Office; qualifications include Prosci Change Management (desirable) and Lean/Agile change qualifications (desirable).
