Job Summary
Lead development and delivery of change strategies for transformation programs with a focus on people experience and adoption. Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption support; translate program objectives into actionable change plans aligned to business priorities; develop and deliver engagement and training materials to build capability across impacted teams; create concise project communications in line with corporate affairs standards; identify risks and dependencies and escalate with mitigations; prepare briefing materials for senior leaders; maintain trusted relationships through clear communication; coordinate change activity across strategy, design, and implementation to ensure aligned sequencing; contribute to building sustainable change capability within the program; collaborate with teams to maintain momentum and trust during delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in change management across strategy, design, and delivery phases
- Demonstrated ability to deliver change initiatives and support adoption across impacted groups
- Experience supporting the design and delivery of capability uplift or training programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, including senior leaders
- Pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach; able to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Accountability for delivery and driving adoption outcomes
- Comfort with cross-sector work and AI-related change practices
