Job Summary
Develop and execute change strategies for AI implementations, including stakeholder assessments and impact analysis. Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions to master prompt engineering and Generative AI features within Google Workspace. Design adoption programs that drive sustained LLM usage through activations, engagement events, and communications campaigns. Create high-quality job aids and communication materials that translate complex AI concepts into actionable user guidance. Act as a secondary point of contact for clients to support resistance management and reinforce long-term adoption plans. Collaborate with technical teams and program managers to align change management activities with AI deployment milestones. Contribute to the development of the firm's AI adoption playbooks and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in change management, corporate training, or technology consulting
- Demonstrated interest in Generative & Agentic AI (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and a clear understanding of how these tools can be applied in a business context
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technological concepts into simple, persuasive language
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating engaging presentations or training sessions
- Ability to operate in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks across different client engagements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Agentic Workflows
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci
- Basic understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and prompt engineering best practices
- Previous experience working in a client-facing consulting role
