Job Summary
Change Management Specialist leads strategic change efforts for a major ERP/EAM transformation; collaborates with leadership, champions, and external partners to assess impacts, develop change plans, and drive adoption using Prosci methodology (ADKAR). Facilitates workshops, readiness assessments, training, and communications; tracks readiness metrics and change risks; ensures alignment with organizational objectives and governance; promotes continuous improvement and values-based behavior; requires Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of change management experience, with preferred Prosci certification and ERP/EAM experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
- Five years of experience applying structured change management methodologies
- Experience working on enterprise-level technology or transformation projects (ERP/EAM)
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or similar (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or similar (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools including Prosci ADKAR
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting enterprise-level technology or process transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
