Job Summary
Conduct needs assessments to determine optimal resource allocation and design communications and training strategies for organizational change. Develop and implement change plans that support implementation requirements while identifying risks, decisions, and opportunities across the project lifecycle. Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and provide ongoing project management advice to track implementation initiatives effectively. This contract role requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Management, or equivalent, along with five years of experience in project change management environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, or Business Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Change Management environment
- Good understanding of a project lifecycle and project environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in change management frameworks
