Job Summary
Manager will drive adoption strategy for the Intela platform within Deloitte Global Tax & Legal, develop and manage overall change/adoption plans, prepare and publish adoption communications, align branding and messaging, equip local teams with templates and guidance, craft compelling narratives for stakeholders, track adoption metrics monthly, collaborate with the Learning Team on holistic learning experiences, and lead community-building events to accelerate adoption across a global tax and legal program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in organizational change management and/or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Flexibility to support different time zones
