Change Management Lead

Establish, lead, and mature an enterprise Change Management practice, including defining strategic direction, operating model, and service offerings for change across the organization. Develop and maintain enterprise change management policies, methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools to enable scalable and consistent application. Lead and manage the Business Change & Support Team to align resources with business needs; develop and implement change management strategies; assess potential impacts and risks; design activities to support change adoption across the business; develop strategies to improve methodologies and ensure effective testing and validation. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality services, monitor performance of external parties, and ensure data licensing meets business needs. Proven ability in facilitating effective change adoption in both Agile and Waterfall environments, and experience supporting multi-year programs across diverse countries and populations. Change Management industry accreditation is preferred.
