Change Management Lead (Pharmaceuticals Construction)

Conduct tender documentation, analysis, and reporting from initial stages through completion. Lead the change management process and oversee project spend by creating valuations, cost reports, and communicating variations. Support settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims with transparency. Manage project management decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication. This role requires experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on mission critical projects such as Pharma or similar, a degree in a related construction discipline, and the ability to travel for client meetings. Based on-site at the construction site in Lebanon, Indiana.
