Job Summary
Develop and execute communications, coaching, resistance management, sponsor road map, and training plans to drive adoption of FY25 and FY26 operational efficiencies for the Veteran and Family Member Program. Plan roadmaps and Integrated Master Schedule inputs for change activities, conduct stakeholder and impact analyses, and create messaging materials and presentations for internal and external audiences. Identify anticipated resistance, advise on risks to the organization and Veteran community, and track delivery of planned events while completing after action reviews to ensure alignment with the strategic plan. This contingent, remote role requires occasional travel and adherence to security clearances.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience leading organizational change management, including executing organizational change for large-scale transformations
- Master's degree in a related field
- Prosci certification
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing complete change management packages (communications, coaching, resistance management, sponsor road map, and training plans)
- Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planning, preferably including application of change management in a union environment
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
- Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
