Job Summary
Draft and format contractual notices, including delay notifications and change correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders. Log incoming notices from the General Contractor, distribute them to appropriate parties, and maintain comprehensive communication logs for traceability. Coordinate with Project Management, Legal, and Construction teams to verify content and implications, then upload all documentation to the Enterprise Management System for audit and compliance. Track deadlines, update the Notice Register daily, and provide weekly summary reports of issued and pending items. Support the Contract Administration Team with archiving commercial documentation and steering stakeholder engagement toward issue resolution. This role is part of the Critical Infrastructure team, where experts design and deliver solutions connecting and protecting communities globally.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with construction contract terms
- Proficiency in document control systems and compliance with quality documentation standards
