Job Summary
Design and deliver innovative Change Management programs based on customer organizational needs for Workday HCM and Financial solutions. Collaborate with customer Project Sponsors, Executives, and Functional Leads to analyze the organizational climate for change. Build and manage program-wide Change Strategy and Plans to drive adoption and customer success. Develop high-quality communications and training deliverables while managing large-scale delivery efforts. Identify and pursue internal initiatives to continuously improve the offering to customers. Requires 1+ years in change management or ERP implementation, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel 20%. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in change management or ERP system implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willing to travel 20% (as local requirements allow)
