Job Summary
Support clients in achieving sustainable performance by creating customized change management roadmaps and implementing activities across project phases. Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders while anticipating organizational changes requiring specific interventions. Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, risks, and program health to ensure initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. Develop executive-level presentations, readiness content, and skilling materials leveraging best practices, and coordinate with internal and client teams to align timelines and overlaps. Maintain program sites as repositories for project information and contribute to high-quality deliverables, business development, and internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience leading significant change management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations
- Consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Solid facilitation experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
- Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
- Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing, effective feedback
- Ability to facilitate project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
- Competent in group facilitation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout their employment
- Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location
- Candidates should be available for onsite work at least three days per week
- Candidates should be available to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs
Desired Qualifications
- PROSCI or other Change Management certifications preferred
