Job Summary
Change Management Consultant role based in Ottawa, hybrid arrangement. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive change impact analyses across processes, roles, teams, and operations; developing integrated transition and communication strategies aligned with project objectives and stakeholder needs; building and delivering change management plans covering engagement, communication, training, and support activities; producing detailed plans with actions, timelines, and monitoring; preparing management and governance documents; providing regular status updates and collaborating with project coordination teams; documenting operational impacts to support adoption and anticipate risks; and designing communication materials to inform and engage stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of change management experience, plus proficiency in French and English. Salary range estimated at $80,000-$120,000 CAD per year for Ontario; benefits and flexible work environment described. Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (administration, human resources, organizational development, industrial engineering, communications, or psychology) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management
- Bilingual in French and English (advanced French required)
- Familiar with change management best practices
- Ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts
