Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for HCM initiatives involving ADP Workforce Now, Vantage, or Next Gen platforms. Collaborate with project managers, HR teams, and technical leads to assess change impacts and conduct stakeholder readiness analyses. Create communication plans, training programs, and support materials to drive employee engagement while serving as a liaison between business units and implementation teams. Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on user feedback, providing coaching to leadership and internal change champions. Requires 5+ years in organizational change management and strong ADP HCM platform knowledge. Hourly range $50-$70.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Strong knowledge of ADP HCM platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, Enterprise HR, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR and payroll processes, best practices, and system implementations
- Experience in developing and delivering change impact assessments, communications, and training
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise environments with large-scale HCM implementations
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance impacts on HCM systems
- Previous consulting experience
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP®)
