Job Summary
Senior Change Management Consultant responsible for guiding clients through digital transformation and change initiatives. Develop and implement Change Management Strategy and Communication Plans, conduct stakeholder assessments, coach leaders and clinicians, ensure engagement and adoption, and report progress to leadership. Collaborate with peers to grow knowledge, manage change across programs, and deliver training and communications that enable successful project outcomes. Bilingual in English and French required; CCMP/PROSCI certifications preferred; healthcare experience is an asset. Flexible remote/work-from-home options with in-person offices across Atlantic Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager and/or Management Consultant role on medium to large transformational projects
- 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in development of training, communication, and change management programs and plans
- 3+ years’ experience identifying and assessing change impacts to the organization’s business processes and technology solutions
- 3+ years’ demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Extensive experience in change management industry standards, best practices and methodologies, with a certification in CCMP, PROSCI, etc.
- Experience in a consulting environment; implementing technology projects
- Healthcare sector experience is considered an asset
