Job Summary
Senior Change Management Consultant focused on Copilot adoption, automation, and digital workplace transformation. Role emphasizes supporting the design and execution of AI adoption, change management, and process transformation initiatives, helping clients integrate Copilot and automation solutions into daily operations. Key responsibilities include executing Copilot adoption and change management initiatives (communication strategies, adoption campaigns, workshops, stakeholder engagement) with KPI tracking; collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready materials and support project execution; identifying and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions (Power Automate, RPA, intelligent workflows) to improve operational efficiency; leveraging data analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across automation, Copilot, and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in change management, adoption programs, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience supporting workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities
- Nice to Have Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI tools
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR)
- Experience in consulting or project-based environments
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, or security (basic level)

- Ability to translate business needs into practical actions
