Job Summary
Lead client engagements as a trusted advisor, designing and facilitating high-impact workshops to frame complex problems and guide senior stakeholder decision-making. Apply Design Thinking and human-centred design to reimagine digital products, translating ambiguous challenges into clear strategies and executive-ready roadmaps. Shape change strategies through stakeholder mapping and enablement, partnering with delivery teams to ensure solutions land smoothly and measure impact via adoption and business outcomes. Mentor consultants and analysts while contributing to practice growth through assets and points of view. Support sales activities including proposal shaping and discovery workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in consulting, Digital strategy, Design Thinking/experience design, or digital transformation
- Experience in Management Consulting firm
- Experience in managing client change management
- Experience engaging senior client stakeholders across industries
- Proven ability to lead workshops, client conversations, and small teams
- Strong design thinking and facilitation capability
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Structured problem solving with a human lens
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
- Comfort bridging business, experience, and technology discussions
Desired Qualifications
- AI / Gen AI / Co-Pilot Project experiences
- Would be great if you understand CRM technologies, modern workplace experiences (e.g. employee productivity, collaboration, digital ways of working)
