Job Summary
Lead client engagements as a trusted advisor, confidently engaging C-suite stakeholders to frame complex problems and guide decision-making. Design and facilitate high-impact workshops for discovery, visioning, and co-creation, applying Design Thinking to reimagine digital products and operating models. Translate ambiguous challenges into clear strategies and executive-ready presentations, balancing strategic thinking with practical buildable solutions. Shape change strategies through stakeholder mapping and enablement, partnering with delivery teams to ensure solutions land smoothly and measure impact via adoption and business outcomes. Lead and mentor consultants, analysts, and designers while contributing to practice growth and supporting sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in consulting, Digital strategy, Design Thinking/experience design, or digital transformation
- Experience in Management Consulting firm
- Experience in managing client change management
- Experience engaging senior client stakeholders across industries
- Proven ability to lead workshops, client conversations, and small teams
- Strong design thinking and facilitation capability
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Structured problem solving with a human lens
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
- Comfort bridging business, experience, and technology discussions
Desired Qualifications
- AI / Gen AI / Co-Pilot Project experiences
- Would be great if you understand CRM technologies, modern workplace experiences (e.g. employee productivity, collaboration, digital ways of working)
