Change Management Business Partner

Change Management Business Partner responsible for providing expert advisory services and support to a portfolio of change initiatives across the organization to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes through adoption and usage. You will partner with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to embed change management best practices, build change capability, and drive adoption of change initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing change management plans and activities (communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, resistance management), delivering training programs and materials, coaching project teams, and sharing lessons learned to enhance organizational capability. Requires mastery of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with competencies in stakeholder mapping, training facilitation, analytics and reporting, and internal business partnering.
