Job Summary

Own the end-to-end change and adoption agenda for Ask Ada, PepsiCo's AI-powered knowledge platform, ensuring alignment between strategy, platform evolution, and business adoption. Drive behavioral change at scale by embedding Ask Ada into day-to-day workflows across Functions and Regions, leading coordinated communication, change, and learning plans to deliver at least one live activation per function in 2026. Partner with functional leaders to integrate the platform into capability agendas while defining value propositions, brand voice, and user-centric experiences. Translate user insights and scorecard trends into actionable change plans that inform communications priorities and product roadmap decisions alongside Product, UX, and Engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Change Management
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Large-scale global Transformations
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Organizational Development
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Organizational Effectiveness
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Agile System Implementation
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in Consulting
  • Experience operating in large, matrixed, global organizations
  • Proven ability to drive behavioral change and adoption at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
  • Experience translating complex concepts into clear, actionable communication
  • High level of ownership, structure, and delivery focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in digital, AI, or platform-led transformations
  • Exposure to knowledge management or AI-enabled tools
  • Experience working with Product, UX, or Engineering teams
  • Change Management ProfessionalTM (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification
  • Deep Change Management expertise in a corporate environment including integration of change management activities into project plan, reporting on ongoing status, stakeholder readiness and overall project health
  • Experience in Project Management (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment)
  • Experience or exposure to Organization Design, Process Re-Design, Learning & Development/ Instructional Design
