Job Summary
Conduct analysis, design, and development of change, communications, and training plans to ensure successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365. Deliver hands-on communications and training while managing key stakeholders across client engagements. Leverage experience in technology-led change projects, clear communication, and Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR to drive adoption. This role sits within WM Reply, a Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy specializing in modern workplace solutions and connecting consumers to digital experiences.
