Job Summary
Lead the Enterprise Pricing program Change Management and Analytics deployment for a unified CPQ system across global business units. Drive user engagement, system deployment, and stakeholder alignment; develop change management strategies; coordinate with technical teams; monitor performance, design dashboards, and implement analytics to optimize pricing and offerings. Build and refine AI-enabled capabilities to support pricing activities, advocate adoption at scale, and deliver data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions through dashboards and reporting. Requires experience in program operations, change management, systems deployment, data analytics, and strong communication across global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Program Operations, stakeholder management, large-scale change management projects, systems deployment, and business analytics (data management)
- Knowledge of price development, deal structures, and/or commercial operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional business setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot or ChatGPT) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to drive processes automation
- Trained in Lean practices (nice to have)
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities in highly ambiguous environments
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
