Change Management Advisor

Job Summary
Change Management Advisor who partners with senior leaders to drive business transformation by leading adoption, readiness, and sustained value capture. Applies structured change management approaches (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) to initiatives, conducts change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, develops and executes integrated change plans (communications, training, sponsor/leader engagement, resistance management), and delivers playbooks, training materials, and readiness tools. Builds coalitions of support, establishes feedback loops and success metrics, and captures learnings to continuously improve change approaches and templates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise change with Fortune 100 global companies
- Demonstrated experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong communication and active listening skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to diagnose adoption barriers and prioritize interventions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration/project tools (e.g., SharePoint; Smartsheet or similar).
- Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle phases and tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site, or multi-wave transformations.
- Experience with adoption/readiness measurement and change analytics.
