Job Summary
Coordinate activities, dependencies, timelines, and risks across multiple transformation work streams while supporting existing change plans, communications, and readiness efforts. Partner with project managers to consolidate information for the E2E Transformation Lead, assess cumulative impacts on shared stakeholder groups, and identify sequencing concerns or change fatigue. Maintain integrated plans, dashboards, and governance materials to help teams connect individual deliverables to the broader strategy. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and engage leaders to build alignment and support timely decisions within a complex reporting structure.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting large, enterprise-wide or organization-wide transformation initiatives
- Experience coordinating multiple work streams within a broader transformation program
- Strong hands-on change management execution experience
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and execution
- Successful experience implementing organizational change, not solely developing high-level change strategy
- Ability to assess cumulative impacts, overlapping stakeholder groups, and change fatigue across multiple initiatives
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder leadership skills
- Ability to build alignment and frame the value proposition for change
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience operating within a complex or matrixed reporting structure
- Ability to understand business and project context well enough to identify material risks and dependencies without serving as the functional subject-matter expert
- Experience bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous environments
- Enterprise-scale, multi-workstream transformation experience
- Hands-on change management execution combined with strong project management capability
- Executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting global transformation initiatives with cross-functional and global stakeholder impact
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience
- Supply chain transformation experience
- Exposure to large-scale ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs
- Familiarity with connected planning initiatives
- Relevant project management or change management certifications
- Certifications and experience with a specific change methodology are helpful, but successful implementation experience is more important
