Job Summary
Take client briefs to provide strategic direction and follow up with insight on complex programs. Undertake discovery processes to analyse change drivers and scope work while making resourcing estimates. Propose solutions to reduce unfavourable impacts of organisational changes and present to executive stakeholders with business documents. Execute on plans, schedule activities, report progress, raise risks, and maintain effective relationships as a supportive project team member. Evaluate and measure the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage and adoption. Mentor junior Change Management practitioners while applying Project Management principles and Agile, Waterfall and blended methods.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Change Management roles
- Experience contributing to a Change Management Team and/or Practice
- Experience mentoring Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team
- Experience managing change across multiple streams of a large, complex program
- Experience providing consulting services
- A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Business, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
- A Project Management and/or Change Management qualification
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills
