Job Summary
Lead the people side of change across Workers' Compensation Self-Insurance programs, regulatory reforms, operational improvements, and system enhancements. Identify, understand, and manage business impacts to enable successful implementation while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. Translate complex legislative, process, and system changes into practical business impacts to drive sustainable adoption across the organization. Collaborate closely with business, technology, operational, and client stakeholders to simplify technical and operational concepts.
Required Qualifications
- A qualification or certification in a Business, Organisational Change, Human Resources, Project Management, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience leading change management, business transformation or operational improvement initiatives
- Proven experience conducting end-to-end change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Experience translating complex system, operational or regulatory requirements into business outcomes and practical actions
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change within complex and highly regulated environments
- Advanced change impact assessment and change management capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities
- Ability to simplify complex technical, legislative and operational concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Change Management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or equivalent)
- Project Management qualification or certification
- Workers' Compensation, Insurance or Compliance-related qualifications
- Continuous improvement qualifications such as Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent
