Change & Engagement Manager - COCKPIT Program

Job Summary
Develop and execute the change management and engagement strategy for the COCKPIT Program, driving stakeholder awareness and commitment across sectors, business functions, and IT organizations. Assess organizational impacts of control requirements, partner with subsector leads to identify risks, and organize workshops, town halls, and trainings to support implementation. Create communication materials, presentations, and newsletters while acting as an ambassador for the COCKPT vision, translating complex compliance concepts into practical messages. Track stakeholder readiness and adoption progress, translating insights into actionable improvements and reporting effectiveness to program leadership. Establish stakeholder networks to drive long-term sustainability within ASML's global IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational transformation, or program management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Information Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with ASML's IT organization preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, compliance, digitalization, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in a complex, global, or high-tech environment
- Proven experience developing and executing communication and change management strategies
- Familiarity with compliance, risk management, IT governance, or security-related programs is a strong advantage
- Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar organizational change methodologies is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience managing organizational change in complex environments
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities
- Ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling, engaging messages
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
